Returns and Refunds

During high volume sale period, there can be delays with order processing. Whilst our team is working hard to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible, please allow an additional 5 – 7 business days.

If you find yourself not being completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a store credit only if the item/s are returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase, this will apply under the following criteria;

  • The item does not fit you
  • You are not satisfied with the quality
  • You have changed your mind.

Please be advised that the above criteria is subject to change once it has passed quality control provided that;

  • The item is unworn and is in original condition with all tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including make-up and spray tan)
  • The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits and Swimwear)
  • The item is returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase
  • The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available.

KerriVerri reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by KerriVerri.

No refunds will be made on Sale items but we will offer you an exchange.

All returns must be accompanied with the appropriate returns note inside, with your order number and name for us to complete the required process, along with reason for return.

We do not offer free returns and cannot refund any postage fees.

Store Credits

A KerriVerri store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to purchase another item. Store Credits are valid for 6 months.

Returns Address

When returning your unworn items, you must use a tracked and signed for parcel service, making sure you keep your proof of return receipt from your chosen parcel service.

KerriVerri will not be responsible for any lost items and will be unable to assist you with tracking your returned parcels.

Faulty items

If you are unfortunate to receive a faulty or damaged item from KerriVerri, please accept our apology. We ask that you contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 14 days of receipt via email to hello@kerriverri.com. Without proof of a photograph, showing the damaged item, we will not be able to assist you.

Wrong Items

We would like to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the items received via email to hello@kerriverri.com so we can resolve.
