United Kingdom delivery information

Please note, KerriVerri is not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery services, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable. Items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying delivery times.
If the receiver gives the delivery service authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the delivery service authority to leave the parcel, KerriVerri is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. KerriVerri will not be able to refund or resend the parcel.

Free Delivery on all orders over £75.00
Standard UK Delivery of 2 - 5 working days £5.99
UK Next Day Delivery (Monday - Thursday) Orders have to be submitted before 2pm to receive next day between Monday - Thursday (Excluding Bank Holidays) £9.00
Next Day Delivery Saturday - Orders must be submitted before 12pm Friday to receive for Saturday before 12pm - £12.00
Europe delivery information

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, the parcel service will attempt re-delivery. If the parcel service and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by the parcel service’s cut off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by the authorities in the receiver’s country. This will result in there being no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
If the receiver gives the delivery service authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the delivery service authority to leave the parcel, KerriVerri is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. KerriVerri will not be able to refund or resend the parcel.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
